    ...and a cup of vegetable bouillon, yummy fake soup, where would I be without it? 10.

    So it's been an 800ish day. Not too bad. I wasn't expecting too much of myself, because I've had so many months eating like a big pig. The first day back at it was obviously not going to be a great 200 day or anything. But I'm still quite proud of myself - the total is as high as 800 mainly because of a huge salad that had loads of veg, and a calorific avocado. This is kind of positive, because I still need vitamins and minerals.

    Highest weight: 141 lb
    Lowest weight: 112 lb
    Current weight: 127 lb
    Goal weight: 102 lb
    Not diagnosed with anything at all - are you surprised, given the stats?!

    So far today:

    5 x Rough Oatcakes = 210
    Grapefruit juice = 88
    Huge salad with: houmous = 20
    lettuce = 5
    butter beans = 120
    carrot = 30
    cucumber = 10
    avocado = 235! SHIT!

    = 718 total.

    So, not much space for anything else today, at all. That bloody avocado! I'll maybe have a kiwi later, and some vegetable broth. I'll try to have an early night so that I don't risk having a midnight snack!

    Beginnings
    Here's the deal. This is me trying to lose weight, and fast. I cant put up with this blubber any more, and I won't. I used to be thin. We're talking 2 years ago, almost exactly. The way I went about it then involved a lot of running, which is out of the question now; I'm on doctors orders to do nothing more than powerwalking. I'd also make myself sick occasionally, when I slipped. This journal is only the second person I've told about that.

    Still, the key thing back then was that calories were very limited, and this is going to have to be pretty much the only tactic this time round. I can't run, and I don't want to get back into the vomiting. I'll be using this journal mainly as a food diary, so it probably won't be terribly interesting.
